1. Salary reviews will happen twice per year. They are on the 20th of July and 20th of January. You have a chance to increase your salary by $150AUD each if you get excellent feedback from clients( only when you work entirely 6 months).2. You will get 1.5 day leave each month once you are official staff. At the end of lunar new year, You can ask to cash-out your leaves at the end of each year.
3. You are gifted 13th month salary at the end of lunar year. This is your total salary during the year divided by twelve.

9. Food is available for free at the company. they are soft drink, coffee, instant coffee, cookies, jelly, chewing- gum, instant noodle,canned-food,...If you find that anything is missing or empty, ask for supply.
10. Working over-time will double your rate if the agreement is made.

1. You don’t have to work hard. We expect you to work smartly. We really want you to enjoy the time at home. Hence, don’t bring work home2. Our slogan is “keep clients happy”. Contact closely to clients. Updating them regularly with your work and progress.
3. If you have a problem solve them immediately. If that is technical problem, talk to our team lead to discuss the solution. If it is communication concern, tell client to overcome the affair. It’s too late to apologize once the clients make complaints.
4. You might come late, then leave late. Just make sure you spend enough time on clients’ work. If you get an auxiliary, speak it out to discuss. It may be anything about life, the company, or technique outside the work,.. Don’t hesitate to share with our developers.

6. Most of our clients are Australian, they take idea and project information serious. Hence, Do not reveal ideas as well as source code.
7. How to apply for a leave
- Send me a request for leave AS SOON AS you have the plan.
- Most of the time I will approve it and will arrange replacement and notify client. You do it wrongly by email directly to client. NO please.
8. How to have a day working at home
- This case is for specific situations only such as illness,... You need to know that I expect to see you at the office because that is the most efficient way to do coding without communication understanding.
- Send me a request for working at home with at least two information: your situation and days which you expect to work at home
9. NO URGENT leave, please
- I expect you to be expectable, no urgent leave please.
- If you have urgent situation, text/call me.
- If urgent situations happen too offen, please re-consider your definition of urgent.
10. Meeting with client
- if you have to go out for meeting, please skype/email me AS SOON AS you get the request from client. The reasons are you may not the one who I assign to the meeting, and secondly, I can discuss with client about replacement.
- Never say YES immediately to client without my approval.
- I expect to know exactly where you are in working hours.
11. Getting overtime request from client
- If client asks you to work overtime, please DO NOT say yes immediately without discussing to me.
- I will discuss with you about the available time. and I will confirm to client.
12. If you resign, please notify me 1 month in advance
If you dont, that will effect you.
- You will not be able to ask for cashing out your leaves
- You will not add me to your CV as reference contact for your last job.
